The examination table · AI Clinical Notes

Talk while you examine. Approve the note before the next patient.

With the owner’s consent, Curiorivet drafts a structured note from the vet’s own dictation in English, Hindi or both. The vet edits, approves and signs.

  • History, examination, assessment and plan sections
  • Nothing saves to the record without the vet’s sign-off
  • No diagnosis and no treatment suggestions from the AI

When the clinic drives out to the herd, the records ride along.

Plan the round village by village, open the herd on a tablet, and record each ear tag as you go. No signal at the dairy is not a problem. Everything syncs when the jeep is back in network.

How we treat your clinic

The vet decides. The software keeps the record.

Four rules every part of Curiorivet is built around.

Vets make every clinical decision

Curiorivet does not diagnose, prescribe or choose doses. It records what licensed vets decide.

AI drafts, the vet signs

Notes are drafted only from the vet’s own dictation, with owner consent, and saved only after approval.

Dispensed as prescribed

Prescription medicines leave the shelf only against a vet prescription, following veterinary drug laws.

Your data stays yours

Owner and farm data is confidential, encrypted and never sold. Export everything at any time.

Your first week

From paper registers to a running clinic in five days.

We set up alongside your team. Most single-vet clinics finish on day one.

Day1

Owners and animals

We import your owner and animal lists from Excel, CSV or your current software.

Day2

Vaccine protocols

Your vets write the pet and herd schedules. We attach them to every animal.

Day3

Pharmacy stock

Load medicines with batch, expiry and prices. Barcode scanners work out of the box.

Day4

Reminders and booking

Connect WhatsApp, pick reminder languages and share the booking link.

Day5

First full day

The desk, consult rooms, pharmacy and farm round run on Curiorivet.

Questions at the counter

What vets ask before they switch.

Something else on your mind? Write to the clinic desk and a real person who knows veterinary practice will reply.

Owner and farm data is never sold
Does Curiorivet diagnose animals?
No. Curiorivet is clinic software. Licensed veterinarians make every clinical decision, and the AI only drafts notes from what the vet dictates.
Does it work offline at farms?
Yes. Farm Visits keeps the day’s herd records on the phone or tablet. You can record treatments and vaccinations without signal, and everything syncs when the device is back in network.
Can it handle both pets and livestock?
Yes. Dogs, cats, birds, cows, buffaloes, goats, sheep, pigs and horses all have records. Herd animals can be identified by ear tag and grouped by farm.
Can owners book on WhatsApp?
Yes. Owners book, confirm and reschedule by WhatsApp, and each booking lands on the right vet’s calendar.
Does it track pharmacy expiry?
Yes. Every batch has its own expiry date. You see what expires in 90, 60 and 30 days, and the counter picks the earliest-expiring batch first.
How long does setup take?
Most single-vet clinics are running in a day. Larger clinics take about a week, including importing owners and animals, writing vaccine protocols and loading pharmacy stock.
Sunset at the clinic

The jeep is back. The records are already home.

Run your clinic and your farm rounds on Curiorivet for 30 days, with every feature switched on. If it does not fit how you work, export your records and walk away.
