How it works

Four steps, the way your clinic already runs.

Register the owner once

Add the owner or farm with contact details. Every animal they bring in is linked to them.

Add the animal

Species, breed, sex, date of birth, microchip or ear tag, and any known allergies.

Record each visit

Weight, temperature, findings, treatment and notes are saved to the timeline.

Pick up where you left off

On the next visit the vet sees the last treatment, the weight change and what is due.

Inside Animal Records

What your team gets on day one.

Weight trends

Each weigh-in plots on a chart, so a 0.3 kg gain in a cat or a drop in a calf is visible at a glance.

Allergy and caution flags

Drug allergies, aggression warnings and chronic conditions show at the top of the record.

Ear tags and microchips

Search herd animals by ear tag number and pets by microchip, name or owner phone.

Labs and images

Attach blood reports, X-rays and ultrasound images to the visit they came from.

Household and farm view

Open an owner to see all their pets, or a farm to see every animal in the herd.

Printable case summary

Share a clean summary when referring an animal to a specialist or another hospital.

Questions

About Animal Records

Want to see it with your own clinic data? Start the trial or write to us and we will walk you through it.

Can I import records from my current software or registers?
Yes. We import owner and animal lists from Excel or CSV during setup, and older paper records can be attached as scanned files.
Does it handle livestock that do not have names?
Yes. Herd animals are identified by ear tag or farm number, and you can record a whole group visit in one go.
Who can see the records?
Only staff at your clinic, with roles that decide who can view, edit or export. Owner and farm data is never shared or sold.
Sunset at the clinic

The jeep is back. The records are already home.
