The agreement

These terms apply when a veterinary clinic, hospital or practice signs up for and uses Curiorivet. The person who signs up confirms they are allowed to accept these terms for the clinic.

What Curiorivet is

Curiorivet is clinic management software. It provides appointment booking, animal records, vaccination and deworming schedules, pharmacy stock and dispensing records, farm visit records, AI-drafted clinical notes and owner reminders.

Curiorivet is not a veterinary service. It does not diagnose, prescribe, choose doses or give clinical advice.

Clinical responsibility

• All clinical decisions are made by the clinic’s licensed veterinarians.
• Vaccination and deworming schedules are set by the clinic. Curiorivet applies them as entered.
• AI Clinical Notes are drafts based on the vet’s dictation. The vet is responsible for reviewing, correcting and approving each note before it is saved.
• Prescription medicines must be dispensed only against a prescription from a licensed veterinarian. The clinic is responsible for following veterinary drug laws, including record-keeping and withdrawal periods for food-producing animals.

Free trial

New clinics get a 30-day trial with all features. No payment card is needed. At the end of the trial the clinic can choose a paid plan or export its data. Accounts that do not continue are closed after a further 30 days.

Plans, fees and messages

Plans are priced per vet per month and billed monthly or yearly in advance. Taxes are added where they apply.

WhatsApp and SMS messages are charged separately based on usage. Usage is shown in the account.

If a payment fails, we will tell the clinic and allow 14 days to fix it before limiting access. Records are never deleted for late payment without notice.

Clinic data

The clinic owns the records it enters. Curiorivet processes them only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

The clinic is responsible for having a lawful basis to record owner and farm details, for getting owner consent before recording consults, and for the accuracy of what it enters.

The clinic can export its data at any time in common formats.

Acceptable use

• Do not share logins between people. Each staff member should have their own account.
• Do not use Owner Reminders to send marketing messages to people who have not agreed to receive them.
• Do not try to access other clinics’ data, disrupt the service or reverse engineer it.

Availability and support

We work to keep Curiorivet available at all times and plan maintenance outside clinic hours where possible. Farm Visits keeps working offline when the network is down and syncs later.

Support is available through the contact page during desk hours.

Limits of liability

Curiorivet is provided to support clinic administration. We are not liable for clinical outcomes, which remain the responsibility of the treating veterinarian.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees the clinic paid in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending the agreement

A clinic can cancel at any time from its account settings. Access continues until the end of the paid period.

We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, after notice where possible.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute will be heard by the competent courts in India.
