Refund Policy

Try before you pay

Every clinic starts with a free 30-day trial with all features, so you can test Curiorivet with real appointments and real records before paying anything.

Monthly plans

Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation stops the next charge, and access continues until the end of the month already paid.

If you cancel within 7 days of your first paid month, we refund that month in full.

Yearly plans

If you cancel a yearly plan within 30 days of payment, we refund the full amount.

After 30 days, we refund the unused whole months, minus the yearly discount you received for the months already used.

WhatsApp and SMS charges

Message charges are for messages already sent and are not refundable. Unused prepaid message credit is refunded when the account closes.

Training and onboarding

On-site training visits can be cancelled for a full refund up to 3 working days before the visit date.

Removing vets

When you remove a vet from your plan, the change applies from the next billing period. Partial months are not refunded.

How to ask for a refund

Write to us through the contact page with your clinic name and the email on the account. We confirm within 2 working days, and refunds reach the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days.
